Do you offer personal fitness training too?

Yes! In addition to my 12-Weeks Reset Program, I offer personal training sessions tailored to your goals. You can choose at-home workouts, gym-based training or a mix of both.

Do I need equipment for personal training?

Not at all! I can design workouts with just your bodyweight or dumbbells at home. If you prefer the gym, I'll give you machine based workouts as well.

Can I combine personal training with the 12-Week Reset?

Absolutely! Many clients join the Reset Program for structure and also add on 1:1 training for extra accountability and customization.

How are workouts personalized?

I adjust your training based on your fitness level, schedule, and preferences. Whether you're brand new to exercise or more advanced, I'll build a plan that works for YOU!

How do I track progress with personal training?

We'll track though weekly check-ins, strength/ mobility improvements, energy levels, and lifestyle changes - not just the scale.

What's the difference between the Reset Program and 1:1 Training?

The Reset Program is a structured 12-week journey (videos, workbooks, mindset + self-care guidance).

1:1 Training is fully personalized coaching where I design your workouts, monitor progress, and guide you directly. You can choose one or combine both.
