Yes! In addition to my 12-Weeks Reset Program, I offer personal training sessions tailored to your goals. You can choose at-home workouts, gym-based training or a mix of both.
Not at all! I can design workouts with just your bodyweight or dumbbells at home. If you prefer the gym, I'll give you machine based workouts as well.
Absolutely! Many clients join the Reset Program for structure and also add on 1:1 training for extra accountability and customization.
